Job summary

Philips is seeking a proactive TikTok Shop Account Manager France to manage relationships with our TikTok Shop Agency Partner and TikTok Shop HQ, driving commercial and engagement objectives. You will oversee content and activations, optimize the consumer journey, and collaborate across teams in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in national account management, strong P&L experience, and excellent presentation skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in National Account Management with e-commerce experience.
Experience in a global, brand-led organization.
Comfortable communicating in Italian.
Hands-on P&L management experience.
Skilled in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
Proven ability to optimize customer journey and UX.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

Drive sell-out (GMV) performance on TikTok Shop Spain and manage sell-in with the agency partner.
Collaborate with Marketing to deliver content engagement metrics.
Own lower funnel activations, incl. TikTok Shop Lives.
Manage platform portfolio and pricing per WE guard-rails.
Co-create activation plan with Marketing aligned to WE Incubator goals.
Work with TikTok Shop Agency Partner to meet brand guidelines.
