• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• Understanding of the French media landscape and regulatory/cultural contexts in France.

Responsabilités

• Lead TikTok Shop communications efforts in France, and be the first point of contact for local operations and business teams.
• Craft clear, compelling narratives that advance business goals and resonate with sellers, creators, and buyers.
• Build and protect TikTok Shop's reputation in the market, shaping narratives that highlight cultural, economic and social impact.
• Anticipate and manage reputational risks linked to emerging policy debates or broader corporate issues.
• Build strong relationships with national and trade press, securing coverage and managing inquiries during sensitive news cycles.
• Engage with media on a range of issues in partnership with market comms leads in France.
• Review TikTok Shop content in French for accuracy and reputational risks.
• Train and coach market executives, equipping them with concise messaging for interviews and events.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to drive clear narratives about business, product, partnerships and vision.
• Serve as primary Comms POC for cross-functional partners ensuring alignment and trend advisory.
