Maneuver Marketing is seeking a Creative Strategist (TikTok Shop) to drive growth for our DTC health and wellness brand. You’ll own creative strategy for TikTok across organic, paid, and Shop, turning insights into scalable systems that boost acquisition and conversion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DTC creative strategy, performance creative, or growth-focused content development.
• Strong portfolio showing short-form content and direct response thinking.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok platform, trends, and shopping behaviour.
• Experience developing concepts across organic and paid social with platform-native storytelling.
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies for hooks, formats, messaging, and visuals.

Responsabilités

• Drive TikTok channel growth through creative strategy across organic, paid, and TikTok Shop.
• Conduct in-depth TikTok creative research identifying trends, competitor activity, and opportunities.
• Execute a strategic TikTok testing process with cross-functional partners and creators.
• Create content tailored to different stages of the TikTok customer journey.
• Build engaging, native, high-converting content for TikTok and Shop pages.
• Support TikTok Shop growth by improving product page engagement and sell-through.
• Optimize conversion levers by testing hooks, pacing, CTAs, and proofs.
