KONE is hiring for a customer-facing role focused on on-site service operations and relationship management. You will ensure safety, accurate reporting, and timely communication with on-site contacts and end-users.

You will also be responsible for planning workload with the supervisor, maintaining equipment and tools, and contributing to continuous improvement through feedback to PCM.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing on-site communication and ambassador attitude.
• Strong focus on safety and incident prevention.
• Organizational skills to plan workloads with the supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for end-users and site safety during service operations.
• Plan workload with the service supervisor and respect schedule and time limits.
• Submit time sheets based on execution and report work performed in real time.
• Manage proximity stock, shelving and spare parts guidance as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain service tooling, van and instruments in safe, good condition.
• Provide feedback for product, methods and safety improvements to PCM.
