Apple Retail in Lyon is seeking a Technical Specialist to deliver expert technical support and high-quality repairs while creating an engaging customer experience. You will educate customers on repair options and Apple products, delivering an inclusive service environment.

Qualified candidates will assist with troubleshooting, product recommendations, and collaboration with team leaders to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).

Responsabilités

• Develop knowledge on Apple products, services and Genius Bar repair processes to assist repairs.
• Assist customers with Apple product or software issues with care and empathy using Apple resources.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and offering product/service recommendations.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor and contribute to an inclusive environment.
