Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays in-store.
• Proficiency in the local language, written and spoken (sign language supported).

Responsabilités

• Develop knowledge and stay up to date on Apple products and repair processes.
• Support customers with Apple hardware or software issues with care and empathy using Apple tools.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service by understanding needs, offering product/service recommendations, and educating customers on buying options.
