Job summary

Change Your Monday Ltd. is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to support aseptic filling equipment for beverage packaging. This role combines hands-on problem solving with customer relationship building across international clients.

Based in France with a Paris office, you will work remotely while traveling to customer sites, perform maintenance, root cause analyses, and deliver training. Fluent English and French are required.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education or comparable qualification.
• Experience in aseptic packaging industry, ideally with roll-fed systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Good digital and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical service, maintenance and troubleshooting for aseptic filling equipment.
• Perform root cause analyses and defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Support PM trials, technical claims and troubleshooting activities.
• Deliver training and supporting the technical development of employees.
• Collaborate with colleagues within your assigned area and with international factories and service teams.

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Service Engineer with experience in the packaging/industrial sector. You will play a key role in ensuring that customers can operate their aseptic filling equipment reliably, efficiently and at the highest quality standards. You will be close to customers, solve technical challenges hands-on and build trusted relationships. This is an international role for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a service mindset, curiosity and the ability to work independently. Workplace will be remote in France (Office in Paris). Responsibilities

Providing on-site technical service, maintenance and troubleshooting support for aseptic filling equipment Performing root cause analyses and defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions Supporting PM trials, technical claims and troubleshooting activities Following up proactively on technical developments, changes and potential customer concerns Providing technical guidance to colleagues and employees within your assigned area Delivering training and supporting the technical development of employees working with filling machines Supporting production and other functions with technical communication and information related to filling technology Supporting the implementation and monitoring of health, safety and environmental standards in cooperation with the relevant functions Working closely with our international factories, Business Development organisation and Technical Service teams

Your Profile

A successfully completed technical education or comparable qualification Experience within the aseptic packaging industry , ideally with roll-fed systems A strong technical understanding of filling-machine technology Very good knowledge of maintenance processes and technical parameters Fluent in English and French , knowledge in Spanish is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Good digital and computer skills Excellent communication and coordination skills A structured, resilient and self-driven way of working A strong customer and service orientation Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations
