ChangeYourMonday Ltd. is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to provide on-site and remote support for aseptic filling equipment in the packaging industry.

You will work closely with international factories and a dedicated service team to ensure reliability and quality for customers. The role requires a technical education, strong troubleshooting skills, and fluency in English and French, with regular travel to customer locations.

Qualifications

• A successfully completed technical education or comparable qualification.
• Experience within the aseptic packaging industry, ideally with roll-fed systems.
• Strong technical understanding of filling-machine technology.
• Excellent maintenance process knowledge and technical parameters.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good digital and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• A structured, resilient and self-driven way of working.
• A strong customer and service orientation.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations.

Responsabilités

• Providing on-site technical service, maintenance and troubleshooting support for aseptic filling equipment
• Performing root cause analyses and defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Supporting PM trials, technical claims and troubleshooting activities
• Following up proactively on technical developments, changes and potential customer concerns
• Providing technical guidance to colleagues and employees within your assigned area
• Delivering training and supporting the technical development of employees working with filling machines
• Supporting production and other functions with technical communication and information related to filling technology
• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of health, safety and environmental standards in cooperation with the relevant functions
• Working closely with our international factories, Business Development organisation and Technical Service teams

For one of our clients, we are looking for aTechnical Service Engineer with experience in the packaging/industrial sector.

You will play a key role in ensuring that customers can operate their aseptic filling equipment reliably, efficiently and at the highest quality standards. You will be close to customers, solve technical challenges hands-on and build trusted relationships.

This is an international role for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a service mindset, curiosity and the ability to work independently.

Workplace will be remote in France (Office in Paris).

Your Profile

• A successfully completed technical education or comparable qualification
• Experience within the aseptic packaging industry, ideally with roll-fed systems

• Very good knowledge of maintenance processes and technical parameters
• Fluent in English and French, knowledge in Spanish is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
