Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a fluent French-speaking Field Technical Services Engineer to join a global flexible packaging OEM. The role is home-based with circa 70% travel across France, delivering expert technical support and trials for customers in food, pharma and healthcare markets.

You will plan visits, run trials, document findings in Salesforce, and work closely with product development to drive practical packaging improvements while liaising with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Fluent French and English with EU citizenship.
Experience in field technical services within packaging or related manufacturing.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver customer visits, trials and technical consultations.
Identify material or process issues and liaise with product development on solutions.
Document findings and actions via Salesforce CRM and share with stakeholders.
