Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, seeks a Technical Sales Engineer in France to drive automotive and transportation opportunities, manage key accounts, and expand our design-in footprint.

You will travel nationwide, build relationships at all levels, and collaborate with Field Applications Engineers, internal sales, marketing, and suppliers to grow the business. Fluent French and English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic distribution, semiconductors, or OEM environments.
• Strong understanding of automotive/transport electronics industry.
• Fluent in French and English; comfortable with customer-facing roles.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new Automotive & Transportation customers and opportunities.
• Own select accounts and exceed sales objectives through demand creation.
• Visit customers regularly to build relationships at all levels; promote design-in opportunities.
• Coordinate with Field Application Engineers, Internal Sales, Marketing, and Suppliers to grow the business.
• Position suppliers' technologies with a challenger mindset and manage resources for growth.
• Promote Arrow supply chain solutions to customers and manage project timelines.

We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.The automotive and transportation electronics market is growing rapidly. To support this growth, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in France.**What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?** • Identify and develop new **Automotive & Transportation** customers and business opportunities • Take ownership of some existing accounts • Exceed profitable sales objectives through demand creation • Frequently visit customers to develop relationships at all levels. • Maximize Arrow design-in profile by responding to customer engineering and financial careabouts • Meet suppliers and position their key technologies at customers’ using a challenger mindset • Manage all resources to grow the business with Field Application Engineers, Internal Sales, Marketing, Asset and Suppliers • Understand and promote Arrow’s supply chain solutions**What Are We Looking For?** • Demonstrated experience within electronic distribution, semiconductor manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers or OEM environments• Solid understanding of **semiconductor** technologies, with a strong interest in the industry• Degree or Equivalent in the Technology discipline (preferably Engineering School degree) • Technical **Selling Mindset** • Proactive, Curious, flexible, energetic and continuous learner • **Positive and constructive** mindset • **French and English** fluent • Project management • Time and Priority Management• Location in France (preferably in Paris)**What is in it For You?** • Permanent contract • Base salary + bonus • Company car • Travelling around the country, with occasional international travel • Health care insurance – Mutuelle • Health, long term sickness and disability insurance – Prévoyance
