Vibe is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter in Paris to lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles. You will own the process from intake to offer, build pipelines for specialized technical profiles, and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.

You’ll drive candidate engagement and ensure a fast, high-signal interview process, reporting to the Talent Acquisition team. This is a Paris-based role with relocation support for strong candidates, in a high-growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience running full-cycle technical recruiting in a fast-growing company.
• Built candidate pipelines for specialized or hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Managed end-to-end hiring process from outreach through offer.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, from intake to offer.
• Build sourcing pipelines for specialized technical profiles, including Data and ML roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements before opening a search.
• Run structured candidate conversations that give hiring managers real signal.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged at every stage of the process.
• Track pipeline health and flag bottlenecks before they slow a search down.
• Represent Vibe's culture and mission to candidates considering multiple offers.
