Responsibilities

• Drives full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering & Data Team: source, engage, maintain, and close a strong candidate pipeline.
• Partners with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy; conducts intake meetings with knowledge of the talent landscape.
• Dynamically sources passive talent through sourcing tools and creative methods.
• Ensures top-notch candidate experience and positive employer brand throughout the cycle.
• Continually partners with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics.
