Job summary

Keoni is seeking a Project Manager (Technical Project Manager) to lead IT projects within the Claims domain. You will drive scoping studies, coordinate IT teams, and align with business units to validate macro-scenarios and governance deliverables.

The role requires strong IT project management experience, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment in Paris.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance business and IT systems, ideally in claims management.
• Significant experience in IT analysis and IT project management.
• Ability to understand IT dimension and strategic business context.
• Ability to lead meetings and working groups.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High-quality written communication and summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead preliminary project scoping and studies for claims IT projects.
• Discuss needs with Business Units and challenge assumptions.
• Coordinate IT teams to identify macro-scenarios and validate with Business Units.
• Propose investigation approaches: EO/EF, Evolutionary Maintenance, Project, or work stoppage.
• Organize the study with the prospective project team: plan actions, assign tasks, ensure budget adherence.
• Provide deliverables: summary reports, workload estimates, project risks, governance validations.
