Context Overall objective: To manage technical projects that impact infrastructure (planning, budget, risks, communication).Main Responsibilities: – Methodological Support: Actively support project managers in the effective deployment of the Tempo Tech methodology by providing them with the necessary tools and guidance for its adoption. – Project Management: Ensure the overall coordination of technical projects, from conception to completion, guaranteeing the achievement of objectives in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality. – Governance Facilitation: Lead steering and monitoring committees, bringing together internal and external stakeholders, to validate strategic directions and ensure project progress. – Strategic Reporting: Produce and present clear and concise progress reports to program management and governance bodies, highlighting milestones achieved, risks identified, and necessary decisions.Required Skills: – Technical Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of information systems integration, application migration, and data recovery. – Architectural Knowledge: Understanding of technical architectures, including infrastructure, networks, security, cloud, and middleware. – Team Management: Ability to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams. – Operational Management: Skills in risk management, budget monitoring, and progress reporting.Technical skills: Complex project management – Expert – Essential; Project governance expertise – Expert – Essential; Knowledge of banking information systems – Proven – Important; Strong technical skills – Proven – DesirableLanguage skills: Professional English (Important)Application: CV + cover letter + copies of diplomas to be sent to [e-mail]
