Job summary

Keoni is seeking an experienced IT Project Director/Project Manager to oversee one or more major IT initiatives. The role focuses on governance, cross-functional coordination, and strategic steering across business and IT stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in complex IT programs, strong leadership, and fluency in French and English. A hybrid Paris-based work arrangement is expected, with significant collaboration with software vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in managing complex IT projects, including multi-department programs.
• Experience with hybrid IT environments and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, objectives, milestones and decision bodies for projects.
• Manage commitments across cost, deadlines, quality, scope and contracts.
• Lead strategic steering committees and senior management discussions.
• Coordinate Project Managers, PMO, partners and multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify risks, escalations and mitigation plans at program level.
• Ensure portfolio alignment and roadmaps across initiatives.
• Interface between business and IT to set priorities.
• Validate key deliverables and governance decisions.
• Oversee change management and knowledge transfer at project closure.
