Keoni in France is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with over 9 years of experience to lead cross-functional gap tracking for a banking migration platform. You will manage deviations reported by institutions from scoping to production deployment, coordinating between institutions, Product teams, and governance bodies.

The role demands solid project management skills, governance meeting leadership, risk and budget oversight, and the ability to drive deadlines across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT project management across complex programs.
• 9+ years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience coordinating product teams with institutions.
• Ability to prepare and lead steering committee meetings.
• Strong risk, budget, and deadline management.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and summarization skills.
• Capable of end-to-end tracking from scoping to deployment.

Responsabilités

• Cross-functionally monitor platform deviations and coordinate remediation.
• Organize scoping sessions with Product teams.
• Follow up specifications and validated deviations through deployment.
• Coordinate deployment strategies and production rollout.
• Manage stakeholders and reporting to governance bodies.
• Prepare COPs and ensure risk & dependency tracking.
