Responsabilités

• Provide Steering Committee and Project Committee support.
• Structure and monitor project planning, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Data, Architecture, Development, Infrastructure).
• Prepare materials, agendas, and minutes for governance bodies; ensure follow-up on actions and decisions.
• Manage internal project communications and stakeholder liaising; produce executive summaries.
