As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be evaluating AI's grasp of technical project planning, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation. Your deep experience will guide AI in understanding the nuances of software development lifecycles, cross‑functional dependencies, and ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated technical project plans, roadmaps, and dependency analyses for feasibility and completeness.
• Assess AI's recommendations for managing cross‑functional teams, resolving technical blockers, and streamlining workflows.
• Critique AI's understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and their application.
• Provide detailed feedback on AI's ability to identify and mitigate technical risks, manage scope, and ensure quality delivery.
• Develop and evaluate real-world technical program scenarios, including complex integrations and platform migrations, for AI training.
• Benchmark AI outputs against industry best practices for technical program management and engineering excellence.

Ideal Qualifications

• 7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in a software or technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional technical projects from inception to launch.
• Strong technical background (e.g., former engineer, architect) with a deep understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, capable of influencing diverse technical and business stakeholders.
