ixolabs.ai seeks a Project Management Specialist to shape how AI understands and executes complex initiatives. You will create and evaluate training data on methodologies, risk management, stakeholder communication, and resource allocation to transform AI into a valuable project partner.

Responsibilities include developing project plans and sprint backlogs, evaluating AI risk assessments, and training AI on Scrum, Kanban, and PRINCE2. Immediate start and 10–20 hours/week optional capacity.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Scrum Master.
• Certification such as PMP or CSM is highly preferred.
• Expertise in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, and Trello.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Overview

Successful projects are built on meticulous planning, agile execution, and clear communication. For AI to assist in project delivery, it needs to internalize methodologies and best practices that drive success. As a Project Management Specialist, you will shape how AI understands and executes complex initiatives and will create and evaluate training data on project methodologies, risk management, stakeholder communication, and resource allocation to transform AI into a valuable project partner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate project plans, Gantt charts, and sprint backlogs to train AI on project structuring.
• Evaluate AI-generated risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and change management proposals.
• Create training data on effective stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, and team collaboration techniques.
• Assess AI's understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2).
• Provide detailed feedback on AI's ability to track progress, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Develop scenarios for AI to practice problem-solving in common project challenges, such as scope creep or resource constraints.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Scrum Master.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Expertise in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello).
