As a General & Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in evaluating AI's grasp of operational excellence. Your deep experience will guide AI in understanding process optimization, supply chain management, and effective team leadership, transforming it into a powerful tool for organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated operational plans, process flow diagrams, and resource allocation models for practicality and efficiency.
• Assess AI's recommendations for supply chain optimization, inventory management, and logistics improvements.
• Critique AI's understanding of organizational leadership principles, team dynamics, and change management strategies.
• Provide detailed feedback on AI's ability to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement lean methodologies.
• Develop and evaluate real-world operational scenarios to train AI on problem-solving and decision-making in complex environments.
• Benchmark AI outputs against industry best practices and established operational KPIs.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a General Management, Operations Management, or similar senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of optimizing business processes, managing complex projects, and leading diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of operational frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and their practical application.
• Experience with ERP systems, supply chain management software, or project management tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
