Jobtailor is seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to drive the design and deployment of production AI architectures. You will partner with project and IT teams across the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, ensuring governance, compliance with AI ethics, GDPR, and industry standards.

In this role you will promote best practices, define technical standards, and provide hands-on expertise in generative models and GPU infrastructure, while coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable AI

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience as AI Tech Lead / Lead Data Engineer / Senior ML Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of AI project processes.
• Good knowledge of compliance standards (AI ethics, AI Act, GDPR)
• Significant experience designing and implementing production AI architectures
• Proven expertise with generative AI models
• Deep knowledge of GPU infrastructures
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python and Java
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
