Jobtailor is seeking an AI-focused project manager to define functional specs with our technical teams and contribute to our technology roadmap. You will write detailed test plans and coordinate feature implementations, ensuring acceptance testing is completed smoothly.

In addition, you will monitor production across AI platforms, analyze performance, prepare reports, and identify improvements. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and a passion for AI are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in computer engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define functional specifications in collaboration with our technical teams for our technology roadmap.
• Specify and write detailed test plans for developed features, including architecture and scalability impacts.
• Coordinate implementations with technical teams and conduct acceptance testing.
• Contribute to production monitoring across our AI platforms.
• Perform performance analysis of platforms, prepare and present reports, and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with other company stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in computer engineering or equivalent.
• Ideally, 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficient in several of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, PowerShell, Delphi, C++, .NET.
• Comfortable with cloud/container environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and software development tooling (Git, Jenkins).
• Autonomous, persistent, and passionate about AI.
• Additional assets: experience with different types of AI models and a strong appetite for innovation.
