Genesis is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end deployments of robotics and AI systems for enterprise customers. You will coordinate across software, hardware, ML, and field teams to ensure site readiness and on‑time launches.

The role requires 5+ years in technical program management or systems engineering for hardware/software platforms, with strong communication skills and travel to customer sites. Experience with robotics deployments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, systems engineering, or product operations for complex hardware/software platforms.
• Ability to navigate discussions with software engineers, roboticists, and ML researchers.
• Track record of leading cross-functional engineering programs from early planning through production rollout.
• Clear written and verbal communication to align distributed teams, leadership, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong systems thinking to bring structure to ambiguous operational problems.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites to support deployments.
• Direct experience deploying robotics or autonomous systems (bonus).
• Technical background in autonomy, perception, controls, simulation, ML, or field engineering (bonus).

Responsabilités

• Partner directly with the Head of Deployment to drive end-to-end execution of customer deployments.
• Own cross-functional programs spanning robotics software, AI, hardware, infrastructure, operations, and customer success.
• Coordinate engineering milestones across multiple teams and ensure dependencies stay on track.
• Drive site readiness, including integration planning, testing, validation, site logistics, and launch execution.
• Engage with enterprise customers to translate requirements, report progress, and manage timelines.
• Identify execution risks early and work across engineering teams to resolve blockers.
• Build scalable processes for deployment planning, release management, and customer onboarding.
• Define how Genesis deploys and scales physical AI and robotics systems across diverse environments.
