Gravitee is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own post-sale engagement for enterprise accounts, driving production adoption within six months, and becoming the technical thought leader after go-live.

You will onboard to production, manage a tiered portfolio, deliver QBRs and roadmaps, identify expansion opportunities, advocate for customers inside Product and Engineering, and contribute to field enablement. German language is required.

Qualifications

• Vendor-Side experience in a SaaS or infrastructure vendor role.
