Gravitee is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive the pre-sales journey, partnering with prospects to understand technical needs and demonstrate how Gravitee’s platform can support strategic goals. You’ll translate complex tech conversations into trusted customer partnerships, shaping successful outcomes on a global scale.

You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to deliver tailored demos, PoCs, and guidance, while helping growth and ensuring customers maximize value from Gravitee’s API &

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Architect / Solutions Consultant / Solutions Engineering role for a B2B vendor.
• Track record of delivering solutions and engaging with technical customer personas (developers/architects).
• Excellent communication and ability to present complex topics and demos.
• Experience with middleware tech, API management, IAM or integrations.
• Good knowledge of REST, JSON, XML.
• Hands-on with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD processes, Linux.
• Creativity to generate new material for Gravitee.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical sales process with Account Executives, demonstrating Gravitee's value.
• Conduct discovery sessions, deliver impactful demos, run PoCs, provide expert guidance.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Technical Account Managers to maximize value and identify growth opportunities.
• Engage with partners to explore technical collaborations and broaden Gravitee's reach.
• Shape product evolution by feeding back customer insight and contributing to webinars and content.
