Gravitee is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical sales and help customers adopt Gravitee’s platform for AI-driven digital experiences. You will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, and lead PoCs that demonstrate value at scale.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Customer Success, Technical Account Managers, and partners to expand existing deployments and shape product direction. Hybrid work with global reach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineering role for a B2B vendor.
• Proven track record of providing solutions and engaging with technical (e.g. developer and architect) customer personas.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present advanced technical topics and deliver tailored demos to different audiences.
• Experience working in middleware technology, ideally within API management, IAM or integration.
• Good knowledge of REST, JSON and XML.

Responsabilités

• Drive Technical Sales Success: Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical sales process and demonstrate Gravitee’s value.
• Understand & Solve Customer Challenges: Conduct discovery sessions, deliver product demos, run PoCs, and provide expert guidance.
• Support and Grow Existing Accounts: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers to maximise value and identify growth opportunities.
• Foster Strategic Partnerships: Engage with partners and service providers to explore technical collaborations.
• Shape the Future of Gravitee: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to influence product evolution and contribute content initiatives.
