Gravitee is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead post-sales technical ownership for a tiered enterprise portfolio. You’ll guide customers from onboarding to production and act as the technical thought leader, driving adoption, value realization, and growth across API, event, and AI network solutions.

Your work will involve architecture guidance, advisory rhythm, and collaboration with Product and Engineering to champion customer needs while delivering measurable impact at scale.

Qualifications

• German language required; travel to customer sites 1–2 times per month.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, integration, and cloud-native platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in post-sales TAM or similar role.
• Strong executive communication and advisory skills.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new customers to production within six months through architecture guidance and best practices.
• Manage a tiered portfolio of enterprise accounts and route work to the right team when needed.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews, release briefings, and technical roadmaps; drive value realization against ROI targets.
• Identify expansion signals and contribute to retention through collaboration with the account team.
• Advocate for customers inside Product and Engineering, with business impact attached.
