Bigblue is seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of technical roles across Europe, based in Paris with a hybrid working model (2 remote days per week).

You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data and leadership to map markets, define must-haves, and build robust interview plans. Bring 3+ years of technical TA experience and strong English/French communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with ownership of technical roles in fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS, logistics, marketplace, infrastructure, or developer/product-led teams.
• Fluency in English and French, strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of technical roles, from intake to interviews, offers and closing.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and leadership to define must-haves and level expectations, and build interview plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies including market mapping, direct outreach, referrals, and tailored messaging.
• Run structured TA screens, assess motivation and technical trajectory, and align with Bigblue culture.
• Maintain strong process momentum with weekly funnel reviews and clear next steps.
• Improve assessment quality by building scorecards, calibration materials, and interviewer guidance.
• Use data to diagnose funnel issues and drive improvements in time-to-hire and quality signals.
• Lead pre-closing and closing conversations with clear pitch points and stakeholder alignment.
