Alice & Bob is recruiting a Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end hiring for tech and business roles, with a strong focus on data and process optimization. You will partner with hiring managers, optimize ATS/tools, and develop proactive sourcing strategies in a fast-moving startup environment.

You’ll craft dashboards, improve candidate experience, contribute to employer branding, and help shape scalable hiring practices as the company grows its quantum tech team in France.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling tech environment.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end hiring, especially in tech and/or product roles.
• Data-minded with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and translate insights into actions.
• Hands-on with ATS like Lever/Teamtailor and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; dashboards (Notion) are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruitment for tech and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and improve decision-making.
• Manage and optimize ATS and recruiting tools (automation, workflows, reporting).
• Track, analyze, and improve recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline health).
• Develop sourcing strategies suited to a startup environment; proactive and targeted.
• Build dashboards/reports to increase visibility of hiring performance.
• Continuously improve candidate experience and hiring processes.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
