Alice & Bob is a fast-growing quantum startup in France seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for tech and business roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, optimize ATS and analytics, and build proactive sourcing strategies for a scaling organization.

You will also develop dashboards, track KPIs, and contribute to employer branding while helping shape hiring practices in a pioneering quantum company with a flexible remote policy.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–6 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in startup or fast-scaling tech
• Strong experience managing end-to-end hiring, especially in tech and/or product roles
• Data-minded with ability to translate insights into actions
• Hands-on with ATS and sourcing tools such as Lever, Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruitment for tech and business roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and improve decision-making
• Manage and optimize the ATS and recruiting tools (automation, workflows, reporting)
• Track, analyze, and improve recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline health, etc.)
• Develop sourcing strategies tailored to a startup environment
• Build dashboards and reports to raise visibility into hiring performance
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
