Alice & Bob is building the world’s first universal fault-tolerant quantum computer and is scaling rapidly. We’re looking for a data‑driven Talent Acquisition professional to own end‑to‑end recruitment for tech and business roles, partner with managers, and optimize our hiring stack.

You will shape hiring practices in a fast-moving startup, build scalable processes, and contribute to employer branding and candidate experience while reporting on hiring KPIs to drive smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in startup or fast-scaling tech
• Strong experience managing end-to-end hiring for tech/product roles
• Data mindset with ability to analyse recruitment data and derive actions
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Lever, Teamtailor) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Proficiency in advanced Excel/Google Sheets; dashboards knowledge (Notion) is a plus

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruitment for tech and business roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and improve decision-making
• Manage ATS and recruiting tools, including automation and workflows
• Track and improve KPIs like time-to-hire and pipeline health
• Develop sourcing strategies suited to a startup environment
• Build dashboards and reports to improve hiring visibility
• Improve candidate experience and hiring processes
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
