Job summary

Datadog, Inc. in Paris is seeking an experienced leader to manage and mentor Premier Support Engineers who respond to client requests, reproduce issues, and troubleshoot across Datadog’s 400+ integrations.

You will own your team’s accountability and performance, oversee performance reviews and plans, and partner with senior leadership to drive productivity and positive customer outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team, including managing other managers.
• Detail-oriented with a desire for continuous learning.
• Client-centric with ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Some programming experience and basic Linux knowledge.
• Active contribution to open-source projects and engineering community.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, coach and mentor Premier Support Engineers who handle client requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Own your team's accountability, performance reviews and employee relations for direct reports.
• Partner with Support senior leadership to oversee projects improving productivity and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers on high-priority escalations and resolve escalations.
