You will pre-qualify and win designs, collaborate with channel partners, and help develop opportunities across smart home, IoT, Industry 4.0, and automotive segments. The role offers on-the-job training, exposure to a global sales network, and extensive product and AI-enabled processes to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualify and win designs at end customers via Microchip’s Client Engagement Process.
• Follow up leads from various sources to uncover potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with the local sales team and channel partners to maximize revenue.
• Cross-sell across Microchip’s product portfolio on high-value opportunities.
• Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and support automation initiatives.
