Avnet Silica seeks an Embedded Business Development Manager to drive growth across embedded systems markets in France. You will engage with C-level executives while collaborating with engineering teams on architecture and product roadmaps, shaping design-win opportunities and partnerships.

You will build and manage a robust pipeline, deliver customer presentations, and promote supplier technologies, all within a hybrid work model across Massy and other French regions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with embedded systems compute, display, storage and software.
• Technical sales background in the semiconductor industry.
• Deep understanding of embedded hardware/software ecosystems.
• Knowledge of edge AI, industrial IoT and connectivity solutions.
• Ability to influence decision-makers at executive, engineering and procurement levels.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory, market segment, and account growth strategies.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in embedded systems markets.
• Generate and manage a robust pipeline to achieve revenue and strategic growth objectives.
• Establish and maintain executive and engineering-level relationships with key accounts.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions across the customer lifecycle.
• Provide deep technical guidance on processors, SoMs, AI/ML edge computing, and connectivity.
