Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in investment banking or a strong interest in mergers & acquisitions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing marketing materials, assisting with due diligence, and performing financial analysis.

Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in both English and French are required, alongside a passion for the technology industry.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Technology investment banking, private equity, corporate development, VC or equity research.
• Demonstrated passion for Technology through work experience or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to connect strategic thinking to financials.

• Prepare marketing materials like pitch books and CIMs.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis.
