Lazard is seeking an M&A internship candidate for the Technology team in Paris for a six-month period starting March 2027. The role offers exposure to Lazard’s global Financial Advisory platform and collaboration with senior bankers on high‑end financial and strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Management, Finance or Engineering and experience in investment banking, preferably in technology.

• Top tier academic background in Management, Finance or Engineering.
• Experience in investment banking, ideally in a technology team.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
• Demonstrated appetite and curiosity for technology sector and innovative businesses.

Responsabilités

• As an intern, you will be fully integrated into Lazard’s Financial Advisory platform, working in an international environment with senior bankers and clients.
• Assist in producing process materials and financial modelling to support high-end financial and strategic advice.
