GP Bullhound is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support M&A transactions in Paris. You will build financial models, conduct market research, and help prepare pitch books and client materials.

You will collaborate with senior dealmakers, coordinate with advisors, and contribute to due diligence, valuation work, and deal execution as part of a fast-paced advisory team. Fluency in English and French is highly desirable, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with a finance or economics focus.
• Previous experience being fully involved in M&A transactions.
• Financial modelling and drafting skills along with strong numeracy.

Responsabilités

• Preparation of company marketing documents through effective workshops with the client management team.
• Highly organized team work to manage a transaction process and investor engagement.
• Understand the nuances of transaction structures and key elements of deal negotiation.
• Build sector expertise and a network to promote the firm through publications and events.
• Provide training and support to other team members on process and models.
• Assist clients in assessing strategic options and supporting the transaction lifecycle.
