Clipperton is seeking a Technology M&A Analyst Intern for a 6-month program in Paris. You will support the execution of transactions from start to finish, preparing memoranda and presentations, and modelling business plans.

You will gain exposure to due diligence, client interactions, and marketing efforts while collaborating with senior leaders. Fluency in French and English is required, with German or Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background with a Bachelor or Master’s degree (and ideally international experience).
• Entrepreneurial and independent mindset with analytical and commercial thinking, plus excellent communication and intercultural skills.
• Prior M&A experience at Investment Banks, Private Equity or Venture Capital and interest in technology-based transactions.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate with senior management.
• Fluent in French and English; German or Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support transactions from kick-off to closing.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations (industry study, strategic review, financial analysis).
• Model business plans and conduct due diligence management.
• Support commercial and marketing efforts and prepare pitches (profiles, positioning, valuation, deal strategy).
• Identify new prospects and contribute to sectoral research and marketing initiatives.
