Asset Partners is a technology-focused investment firm based in Paris, seeking an Investment Associate to join its Paris team. You will work closely with senior investment professionals on sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments across Europe.

The successful candidate will conduct market research, financial analysis and due diligence, while building relationships with founders, management teams and industry stakeholders.

Asset Partners is exclusively mandated by a technology-focused investment fund to appoint an Investment Associate to join its team in Paris.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and entrepreneurial team focused on backing innovative technology businesses across Europe. The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the investment lifecycle, working closely with senior investment professionals on sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate investment ideas and proactively source new investment opportunities
• Conduct market research, industry analysis and company evaluations
• Review and screen potential investment opportunities
• Support due diligence processes, including commercial, financial and operational analysis
• Assist with transaction execution, deal structuring and investment committee materials
• Build relationships with founders, management teams, advisors and industry stakeholders
• Contribute to investment theses and sector-focused research initiatives

Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience within Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Venture Capital, Growth Equity or Private Equity
• Strong interest in technology and innovation-driven businesses
• Excellent analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to assess investment opportunities critically
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Outstanding academic background from a leading university
• High levels of integrity, professionalism and intellectual curiosity
• Fluency in French and additional European languages would be advantageous
