Lazard is seeking an internship in Paris (LazardNext) for January 2027, for 6 months. You will work on origination, execution and coverage tasks within our Paris office.

The role requires a final-year student or Master 2 candidate with a focus on Corporate Finance/Financial Engineering and prior internship experience in finance, along with strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills and fluent French and English.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or in the second part of a gap year at a top Business School or Engineering School, or enrolled in a Master’s degree (Master 2) with a focus on Corporate Finance/Financial Engineering
• First internship experience in the financial sector (investment banking, private equity, audit, corporate finance department, banking, etc.)
• Excellent command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and bilingual French-English

Responsabilités

• Origination: preparing pitch materials, monitoring investors and market dynamics
• Execution: preparing process documents, managing the process, building analyses and financial models
• Coverage: conducting in-depth research and preparing papers on the various sectors covered and their companies
