Stifel Europe is seeking an Investment Banking – Analyst Intern (Business and Tech-Enabled Services) for a 6-month internship in Paris. The role supports the Investment Banking Department with M&A, IPOs, and private placements across Pan-European and international growth companies.

Responsibilities include drafting client presentations, conducting financial analyses and valuations (LBO, DCF, comps), and assisting the deal team through execution and due diligence processes.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record.
• Interest in investment banking and the sectors covered (Business and Tech-Enabled Services).
• Ability to think broadly about a range of strategic issues confronting a company and its management.
• Quantitative and analytical acumen combined with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Professional English speaking and writing skills for cross-border deals/teams.

Responsabilités

• Mandates over a broad range of deal types including M&A, IPOs, Public Takeovers, and Private Placements for Pan-European and international growth companies.
• Drafting of client presentations including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and valuation books.
• Performing company’s financial analyses, modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.).
• Assisting the deal team in the execution of transactions (reach out to investors, due diligences, Q&A, process tracking).
• Other occasional tasks such as corporate presentations, sector screenings, investor’s lists, etc.
