Stifel Europe is seeking an Investment Banking – Analyst Intern (Technology) for a 6-month internship starting July 2026. The role is based at 26 Av. des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France, joining the Technology investment banking teams (Software; Climate and Industrial Tech).

You will work on mandates across M&A, IPOs, and private placements for European growth companies. The internship requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates with strong academic record and motivated to succeed in challenging environment.
• Professional English speaking and writing skills for cross-border deals.

Responsabilités

• Assist in mandates across M&A, IPOs, public takeovers, and private placements for Pan-European and international growth companies.
• Draft client presentations including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, and valuation books.
• Perform financial analyses and modelling (LBO, DCF, trading comps, transaction comps).
• Support deal execution through investor outreach, due diligences, Q&A, and process tracking.
• Contribute to corporate presentations and sector screenings.
