Zusammenfassung

BlaBlaCar is seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join its Legal team on a permanent basis in Paris. You will support the marketplace, bus and train businesses across EU jurisdictions, handling commercial contracts, e-commerce and consumer protection while collaborating with internal teams.

The role requires 6–8 years of EU-qualified experience, strong drafting skills and fluency in English and French. A fast-growing tech environment and international expansion are central to this position.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8 years of experience as a qualified lawyer in an EU country.
• Experience with start-ups and new technology companies, in house or private practice.
• Knowledge of e-commerce, platform regulation and consumer protection.
• Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Advise marketplace, bus and train business teams across EU and beyond on regulatory matters.
• Manage pre-litigations and litigations; draft and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with government relations to address regulator requests.
• Support high-speed growth and international expansion projects.
• Develop processes and move large-scale projects forward.
