ProductLife Group is seeking a Legal Business Partner to provide strategic legal support across France and Europe, with international scope. The role covers commercial, IT/data, compliance, and corporate matters in a generalist capacity.

You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, harmonize templates, and guide governance, risk, and compliance programs to support the business while training teams on legal matters.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years' experience in commercial contracting (services, tech, consulting, or life sciences).
• Fluent in French and English; Italian or Spanish a plus.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex, high-stakes agreements.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, service, partnership, and distribution agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, T&Cs).
• Maintain and harmonize templates, clause libraries, and playbooks; contribute to CLM and risk matrices.
• Advise on GDPR, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI initiatives (EU AI Act).
• Support governance for group entities; contribute to compliance programs and group policy implementation.
• Provide daily legal support to commercial, operations, HR, procurement, IT, and data teams; identify risks and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Dispute management: coordinate with external counsel on litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Support projects across legal ops, IP, real estate, insurance, and contract optimization.
