Kingsley Green Recruitment Group is partnering with an ambitious international business to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel to support its growing B2B2C and B2B operations. This is a broad commercial role advising senior stakeholders across contracts, compliance and governance.

The role includes leading negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, providing practical legal advice on transactions, developing templates and playbooks, advising on compliance, supporting governance, and managing

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 10–15 years' PQE (in-house, private practice or both).
• Strong commercial contracts and compliance experience.
• International B2B/B2B2C experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused.
• Fluent in English and French.
