CrossKnowledge is looking for an experienced in-house Juriste D'entreprise / Corporate Counsel to support commercial contracting and manage overall legal risk within the company's operations. The role requires expert legal advice on various corporate matters and negotiation of key agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Business Law, at least 8 years of legal experience, and be fluent in both French and English. This position is based in Paris, requiring presence in the office 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, preferably in-house within a multinational company.
• Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction.
• Experience in corporate governance, contract law, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert legal advice on commercial and corporate matters.
• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements including content licensing.
• Manage regulatory compliance and corporate governance processes.
