Free2move cherche un conseiller juridique international à Paris, rattaché à l’équipe juridique et reportant au General Counsel & DPO. Vous serez un partenaire clé pour le secteur Carsharing, couvrant les contrats, le marketing et les questions IP.

Vous fournirez des conseils pragmatiques et business-friendly dans un cadre rapide et international. Profil: Master en droit, 2 à 5 ans d’expérience, maîtrise du droit B2C/B2B et IP, anglais et français courants; l’allemand est un atout.

Qualifications

• Master of Laws en business, commerce, IP/digital, équivalent.
• 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en droit interne ou cabinet.
• Maîtrise du droit B2C/B2B et des règles publicitaires.
• Parfaite maîtrise de l’anglais et du français; l’allemand est un plus.

Responsabilités

• Rédiger, revoir et négocier des contrats commerciaux B2C/B2B.
• Assurer la conformité marketing et les règles consommateurs.
• Gérer les questions IP: marques, licences et surveillance.
• Collaborer avec les affaires publiques sur licences et permis.
• Conseiller sur risques juridiques et réglementation mobilité.
• Mettre à jour les modèles et former les équipes droit et marketing.

About the Role

Ready to drive the future of urban mobility? As part of our rapidly expanding Carsharing activity, Free2move is looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team in Paris.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel & DPO, you will act as a key legal partner for our Carsharing business, focusing on commercial, marketing, and intellectual property matters. We are looking for an energetic legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to deliver clear, pragmatic, and business-friendly advice.

What You Will Do :

• Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of B2C and B2B commercial agreements, including car-sharing terms and conditions, terms of use, payment solutions, and partnership agreements.
• Marketing Support: Act as the legal backbone for our marketing operations, ensuring compliance with consumer protection and advertising rules for promotions, competitions, and consumer-facing communications.
• Intellectual Property: Manage and assist on IP matters critical to our Carsharing brand, with a strong focus on trademark filing, monitoring, protection, and licensing.
• Public Affairs Partner: Collaborate with the Public Affairs team to negotiate and manage licenses, operating permits, and agreements with cities and public authorities (including public domain occupation and low-emission zone matters).
• Risk Management & Strategy: Mitigate financial and contractual risks while advising business teams on mobility regulations.
• Process Improvement: Help update legal templates, streamline contracting processes, and provide valuable legal training to the business and marketing teams.

What You Bring :

• Education: Master of Laws (Master 2 / LL.M or equivalent) in Business Law, Commercial Law, IP/Marketing Law, or Digital Law.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in an in-house legal department or law firm, with excellent exposure to commercial and contract law.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of B2C/B2B contract law, consumer/advertising law, and IP/trademarks.
• Languages: Total fluency in both written and spoken English and French is required to succeed in this international environment. (German is a fantastic bonus!).
• Soft Skills: You have a hands-on, proactive approach, high attention to detail, and the unique ability to translate complex legal jargon into straightforward, actionable advice.
• Bonus : A strong interest or previous experience in the automotive, mobility, or digital sectors, familiarity with legal-tech tools, and a valid driving license.
