Pelico in Paris seeks a Product Manager - Solutions to turn aerospace and manufacturing challenges into AI-native, scalable products. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Operations, Sales, and customers to shape outcomes and drive adoption.

The role requires translating discovery into repeatable product modules, with a focus on AI-enabled workflows that improve planning, risk detection, and execution across complex industrial environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of how AI agents, copilots, and automation augment experts.
• Ability to learn complex operational environments quickly and map KPIs.
• Experience translating discovery into reusable product modules and workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and ops researchers.

Responsabilités

• Define product strategy and vision for one or more product lines.
• Turn operational pain points into scalable product capabilities and workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Operations Researchers, and Sales to translate learnings into requirements.
• Shape pilots into scalable deployments and reusable GTM assets.
