Job summary

Veepee is seeking a Talent Development Partner to shape and implement the group’s learning strategy across Europe. You will collaborate with HRBPs, HR Directors and business leaders to analyze needs, design blended programs, and drive content across multiple academies and communities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Learning & Development, or related field.
• At least 2/3 years of experience in HR Development, HR Projects, or as HR Generalist.
• Excellent written and verbal English; multilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define learning strategies aligned with business priorities and skills development.
• Design and deploy blended learning programs for an international audience.
• Lead HR cycle activities: performance reviews, interviews, and Talent reviews across Europe.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, HR Directors and business leaders to implement talent initiatives.
