Job summary

Veepee is seeking a Talent Development Partner to drive learning strategy and implement the HR cycle across the group. You will design blended programs, manage budgets, and collaborate with HR leaders to align development with business needs.

Fluent English is required; experience with Workday, G-Suite and AI-enabled learning tools is a plus. This role offers a hybrid setup with international scope and growth opportunities within the Talent team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Learning & Development or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR Development, HR Projects or HR Generalist.
• Excellent written and oral English (B2–C1); Spanish or Italian is a plus.
• Strong communication, public speaking and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Define learning strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Design and deploy blended learning programs for an international audience.
• Lead HR cycle activities: performance reviews, interviews, Talent reviews.
• Budget management and data quality improvements.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Directors and leaders; report insights.
